PETER CHRISTOPHER
On 7th August 2024, in hospital, after a short brave battle with cancer, aged 70 years, Peter, the darling husband of Gill, beloved dad of Damian, Gemma and Nathan, dear father in law of Claire, Simon and Cai and wonderful grandad of Georgia, Hannah, Mollie, Max, Ruby, Ava and Wilson, a devoted son of the late Mary & Harold Lyles, also a very dear brother, brother in law and uncle.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at The Church of The Holy Spirit, Bath Road, Heckmondwike on Friday 30th August 2024 at 1.45pm followed by a private committal at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium.
Friends and family please gather at the church. Family flowers only, donations in Peter’s memory may be made online or placed in the collection box at church for the benefit Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Sorry for your loss , Peter was an old school friend ( St John Fishers ) i remember going to Paris on a school trip With him, also played football for the school with him, and also did athletics with,he was a very good runner, he was a very liked lad by all that knew him, R.I.P. PETER.
