In loving memory of Steve who sadly passed away on 30th July 2024. A much loved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed so much by his whole family and by all his wonderful friends but he will live on in our hearts forever.

Steve loved spending time with his family and friends, sharing a beer and having lots of laughs. He really was the life and soul of the party. He was always so up to date with what was happening in the world and always shared his thoughts and feelings with a passion.

He loved sport, particularly football and golf which he played for many years. He loved travelling and visited some wonderful destinations over his lifetime.

There will be a memorial service at Basildon Crematorium on 28th August at 11.30am followed by a reception at Langdon Hills Golf Club.

All are welcome to celebrate Steve's life and share the many memories they had of him.

Please do not feel the need to wear dark clothing as Steve wanted colourful clothing to be worn.

Family flowers only please, to be sent on the morning of the funeral to Stibbards, Weir View House, 533 Rayleigh Road, SS7 3TN

If you wish to leave a gift in memory of Steve, we are asking for donations to the UCLH Charity, the hospital that treated and cared for Steve. These donations will enhance the great work the charity does in supporting patients, staff and research.

Please feel free to add any photos or memories you have on this page.

Thank you
