We were greatly saddened to learn of Jean's passing. She was a lovely person, always full of fun even when she was not in the best of health. I, John, and my late wife Kate knew Jean for over 35 years- from when she first taught William at Holmewood House School. We became friends over the ensuing years through our shared interest in all things equestrian - about which she was a font of knowledge. During recent years our contact was more often over the phone where much laughter was often the order of day. She will be greatly missed and William and I send our love to Anne, Caroline and all the family at this difficult time.
