In loving memory of Jake Parkerson-Stone who sadly passed away on 23rd July 2024, aged 53 years.

There will never be enough words to describe how incredible Jake was but those of you who met him will already know. He meant so much to so many and is missed beyond measure.

I would like to share Jake's final journey with as many of you as possible so his funeral will be at Seven Hills, Monday 19th August at 12.45pm. Followed by a wake at Venue 16, 2pm - 5pm. Please come dressed in whatever makes you happy and as Jake would know you, so comfortable and casual. Perhaps, if possible, maybe wear a splash of green as that was his favourite colour.

There are two things I would like to ask your help with. The first is we wish to have family flowers only for the funeral so would instead ask people, if they are able, to consider donating to the planting of 53 trees with The Woodland Trust. One tree for each year of Jake's life.

The second thing I would like to ask is for your fondest memories with Jake, funny tales, anecdotes you name it, to be written down and placed in an envolope. I would then like to save them as a gift our little daughter Eva for when she is 18. She is going to be denied too many years of memory making so I hope this will help her in the future. I will set up a box at the wake but for those unable to come, please let me know and I can give you my address or find another way of collecting them.

Thank you all for your incredible support and for being a part of Jakes life.

Isabel xxx

Jake
My old friend, you always made me laugh, we had some great times playing third reich and writing songs (living in England and I'm getting ****** on 50p) and many other great times. You were a great guy and I will never forget you.

  • Jake was the kindest, funniest man I have ever had the privilege to hang out with. The number of people that loved him reflects this. I am so pleased he found the beautiful Isabel who created the amazing Eva. I know you both brought him the happiness he always deserved. RIP Jake my dear friend I will miss you for the rest of my life xx
