Suddenly passed away on 5th July 2024 at her home in Llanelli.
Devoted mum of Adriana and Lucia,
cherished daughter of Neil and the late Julie,
much loved sister of Phil, Chris, Kerry, Sammy and Chloe.
Sophie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Tuesday 6th August service at Swansea Crematorium
11am.
Family flowers only please.
