Carl you came into our lives over 15 years ago and now there is a gap that is impossible to fill. We still talk about you every day and we miss you so much. A great guy who will never be forgotten. RIP x

We’ve lost our Wade Avenue friendly guardian. All of us, including the cats, miss you Carl. You looked after us all in lots of ways, as you’d looked after Jean with so much care. You were everyone’s friend and had a lovely funny turn of phrase. Thank you. X

The avenue just isn’t the same without you! You were the glue which bonded us all together. I still look up the street expecting to see you. We used to joke you had an alarm in your house which alerted you when I was out front watering. I do miss your happy face!
I think of all the trips out we had together. You knew every cafe owner, bus driver, optician, the list is endless. You talked to every one whether they liked it or not 🤣🤣
Despite your sadness and loneliness after Jean passed, you still had a smile for everyone. Now it’s your time to reunite with your lovely lady 💕
Rest easy now, knowing you’ve left your mark in so many people’s hearts xxx
