Dave I’m so sad I didn’t get to say goodbye, from our days in the 60’s and 70’s you were always a smashing fella, never saying anything bad or controversial you were so laid back and cool. You were a lovely fella Dave, god bless you mate.

Dave you will be dearly missed. I have very fond memories of all the times you were providing encouragement for the boys at Toton Tigers! Class memory of Dan scoring a goal from a corner, I do wonder where he got his talent from 👀 always had a great time watching the footy with Dan and the boys at your house and you getting us a a few cheeky Tinnys in our younger days 🍺

Dave I still find this so difficult to believe that you have sadly passed. You were a joy and pleasure to have met. You Always made me welcome at your home. We used to laugh when I would be telling Emma all my troubles of life's tribulations. Dave you were so great you would sit Thier and join in. You went through so much Dave the later 14months. Emma your partner was an absolute diamond, nothing was too much. She gave her Days and nights to be by your side from start to finish.it breaks my heart to see the heartache Emma is suffering right now. Dave I loved you my friend and will truly miss you. I promise I will look after Emma for you. Keep watching over us.God bless you. My deepest sympathy goes out to Dave's Father and all his family along with Emma his partner for the later 15yrs. God bless you All xxx

Dave you were so funny, I used to love coming over to call for Emma before a night out and hear you singing ‘you’re so vain’ to us as we left the house. Your family are incredible and I know you’d be very proud of them, with the strength they’ve all shown. I wish I could have said this to you in person and I hope you already knew this, but, I promise I’ll always, always be close by to love and support Emma 🩷
