Alan
On 10th July 2024, Alan, aged 71, of Mirfield, died peacefully with family around him in hospital. Alan was a very loving and dearly loved husband of Nicola, much loved dad of Joel and Jess, step-dad of Sam, Joe and Charlie, a very dear brother, uncle, cousin, grandad, father-in-law, brother-in-law and son-in-law. Alan will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Wednesday 31st July at 11.15am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Parkinson’s UK & Prostate Cancer UK.

Lovely guy, he was my dad's (Vic Johnson) apprentice many many years ago. I remember when we were young he used to bring his dog to our house, a big afghan hound, can't remember it's name. ♥️♥️

Without you I'd not have the amazing little family I have now ! The wife and kids adored you because of how much of a good friend you were to me.
