Hello again Steve. Just to say I have sent a cheque in Ruth’s memory to the John Eastwood Hospice. I don’t do much tech so have decided against sending a message but you may be sure that the thoughts and memories are there. She was much loved and she and Rossi played a large part in many lives, including my own. Happy times together in spite of cold dark winter mornings and Rossi going A.W.O.L!!! Love, H

In memory of a lovely lady. With deepest condolences to Steve and family.

I have know Ruth for 20+ years firstly meeting when we worked together on the cosmetics department. Within that time we’ve had the pleasure of making so many memories with Ruth & Steve, The London trips, the gin nights the fabulous meals we cooked for each other. I will treasure those memories always. Ruth always looked fabulous she had style in ways no other could replicate, you were a true lady.
It’s been an honour that we got to share a part
of your life and we will miss you dearly. My promise to you Ruth is I will never let those memories fade, I will talk about the funny times, the things we did and say what a true friend you were.

Ruth meant so much to so many people. She and I walked with our dogs in Edwinstowe for a couple of hour's that meant we just had to re-energize with a scone and clotted cream. Not sure who ate most, Ruth or Rossi.
I admired her fabulous fashion sense, most definitely the trendiest most striking woman in the park. I miss her lovely company as I'm sure many will.
She was so brave from diagnosis and throughout the last months.
