Irene Doy (9 Oct 1932 - 10 Jul 2024)

Irene Doy (nee Howard) sadly passed away peacefully at the Norfolk & Norwich hospital on
10th July aged 91, following a lengthy battle with the cruelty of dementia and unfortunately at the end with cancer too

Irene (mum) will be missed so much by those left behind, but is now united again with many of her family including her late husband Stan and son Robin who passed so long ago and who's loss mum sadly never got over.

From earlier times as a young adult helping with the cubs and scouts in North Walsham along side her late brother Ray, how she would recall being fit enough to run cross country or climb trees; to her married and later years in the family newsagents business, which she continued to run as a widow before retiring. Mum was so kind of heart and would have done anything for anyone to help somebody out if she could.to help them.

The funeral service will be held at 3.30pm on Wednesday 31st July at St Faiths Crematorium and afterwards attendees are invited to the Black Swan Horsham St Faiths
