David Bateman (Passed away 5 Jul 2024)
The death occurred at home on Friday 5th July 2024 of Mr. David Bateman, aged 82 years of Main Street, Pembroke.
David will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
There will be no formal funeral service taking place.

I am deeply saddened with Daves passing. He was Pembroke character that we would see daily around the town.I shall always remember him coming into the cafe every day with the words "afternoon ! I will have my usual, with a cup of tea " He would share the days news with us and often talk of his memories of Stackpole School. The afternoons won't be the same without you.

We as a family and staff are deeply saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He used to have his main meal with us every day and read his newspaper We shall all miss him and our chats Rest in peace Dave. May God give you eternal rest.

Dave was a very valued customer of brown's cafe pembroke, i only knew Dave for the pasted 2 years, as I started working in the cafe, I shall always remember him for our chats, the last one was about the magpies protecting their nest in Mrs Brown's tree in her garden, and for him kindly ifting his feet for me to sweep bless him 😉, i will miss you dearly Dave RIP ❤
