On 8th July 2024 we sadly lost our beloved husband, dad and grandad after a short battle with leukaemia. He was a much loved part of the whole family and friend to many.
Although we are all heartbroken, in way it was a blessing, as although his spirit and love for life wasn’t broken, his body and strength sadly was. His cheeky smile and sense of humour remained to the end and we miss him dearly, but take comfort that he was at home surrounded by his loved ones and is now at peace.
We request immediate family flowers only and if you would like to make a donation in Jim’s memory we have chosen Air Ambulance which is a charity he always supported.

Such a wonderful true gentleman. I will never forget the great times spent with Jim whilst at boys brigade and his trying to make me a table tennis player. Always remember being put through his new self defence moves every time I came to visit although I always came off the worse.
