In loving memory of Richard Attenborough who sadly passed away on 7th July 2024.

It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my beloved husband Richard
He was a man of immense humour and happiness who adored his family.

Donations can be made on the Just Giving section of this page to Cats Protection or sent to C Terry Funeral services, 244 Bulwell High Road, Bulwell, Nottingham. NG6 8NU. Tel: 0115 9770866.

There will also be a Donation Box available on the day of the Funeral, Richard would prefer a donation instead of flowers as he loved his cat Oscar

Richard wishes are for no suits or black tie, just smart casual with cheery colours.

One my biggest memory’s as a child was going to Wembley with my uncle Richard to watch England vs Germany .. as a young impressionable kid I looked upto uncle Richard with so much respect ( spec cos he had a brand new car ) .. this weekend I took my son to Berlin to watch England vs Spain and I had a pint and thought about our times together .. see you again hopefully we will have won something by then .. your nephew Glenn

Sadly we didn't get to know Richard for very long. But he made such a big impact, such a kind and funny man.
Always a cheery welcome, a ready smile and a joke.
He will be sadly missed.
Our sincere condolences to Andrea and family
