Shocked and saddened to hear today from Kirstie if Eric's passing,I was his apprentice forty plus years ago and a nicer man you couldn't wish to meet.Great memories of his fun since of humour and will never forget him arriving to work riding his Puch maxi with Sid his Jack Russell pup in Eric's jacket peering over his jacket

Dear Kirstie & Family
I was so sorry to hear of Eric’s passing but I will remember him fondly when shooting at Urchfont with Roy. He was a real gentleman, with much enthusiasm for my shooting career and I was grateful for his support and kind words.
Take care, CarolE

Anne and Rob Marsh & family donated £70 in memory of Eric

Dear Kirstie and family. Our sincere, heartfelt condolences to you all at this very sad time. We count it a privilege to have known Eric - he was always so brave, smiling and good humoured despite his pain and suffering. We are glad he is no longer suffering. You were so dinified, caring and loving in all your support for Eric.

Eric wasn’t able to come to a local Christingle service we ran as he got Covid. Ironically, we are unable to join you in person today as we both have Covid. Expect Eric would have seen the funny side of that. Very much with you today in spirit and thinking of you.

We pray that the funeral, wake and seeing family and friends today brings you lasting comfort, peace and reminds you of so many happy memories of a life well lived.

Anne & Rob, Orwell🐾 and family.
