In loving memory of Glyn Thurston who sadly passed away on 12th June 2024 with his family by his side.
Glyn was a much loved Husband, Dad ,Grandad and Brother who loved and lived life to the full. During his lifetime he had many passions, Cars, Fishing, Boats and spent 10 years loving life in Cyprus when he retired. In his final years he created his perfect home and garden with Meg in the Isle of Wight, they shared the passion for the slow pace of life and all that the island offered them.
The funeral service is to be held at Easthampstead Park crematorium on Tuesday 16th July at 12.30pm. Afterwards friends and family are very welcome to join us for a gathering at The Crooked Billet ,we hope you will join us in raising a glass to Glyn.
Family flowers only please, any donations to Mountbatten Hospice Isle of Wight who looked after him so well.

Sending my condolences. I worked for Speedboard many years ago. It was a pleasure and honour to work for Glyn and his team. He was the kindest, caring, person and always had time for everyone.
