In loving memory of Anne Lightfoot who sadly passed away on 19th June 2024

Anna Pobidynska-Dubiel donated in memory of Anne

Despite the age difference, she always portrayed me as a friend and really was one for me. She was relentless, yet empathetic and understanding. And incredibly wise, such real life wisdom. Despite her lack of kinship, she was a closer family member to me than many of my real-life relatives. She supported me with advice and a smile at every encounter. She was, is and will remain an inspiration to me.
Thank you Anne, thank you for every hug.

Jake Kenneally wrote

To the most carefree woman I have ever known, a woman who enjoyed her life the way she wanted too. The woman who has so much impact on me as a young boy. A woman stronger and more resilient than any other woman I have ever known, apart from my mother. (Funny that)! You raised her right, to raise me right and I applaud you! I already miss you so much and the days just won’t be the same without you NANAR. So so sorry I can’t be there, and my love for you will be forever strong. Love you so much your eldest grandson Jake.
