Passed away peacefully in Highcliffe Care Home on 14th June aged 99 years.
Doris, beloved Wife of the late Bill, much-loved Mam of Jeff and Steve, loved Gran of Katya, Steve, Gemma, Dan and Ben, loving Great-Gran of Eden, Rosie, Amelia, Isaac and Harry and Great-Great Gran of Mabel. A dearly loved Mother-in-law of Cathy and Chris and loving Sister of Bert and the late Edna.
Please meet for a celebration of Doris’s life at Sunderland Crematorium on Monday 8th July at 11:30am. Flowers can be sent on the morning of the funeral to the funeral home below or donations can be made via a collection at the Crematorium with all proceeds being gratefully accepted by the Alzheimers Society.
Doris’s family have requested you wear a splash of green on the day, a colour that Doris truly loved.
