It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our precious son, Lucus Kwame Brem, who was born on June 1, 2024, and peacefully passed away two hours later. Though his time with us was brief, Lucus brought immense love and joy into our lives, touching our hearts deeply in those precious moments.
Lucus is survived by his loving parents, who will forever cherish the memory of their beautiful baby boy. His brief presence was a gift, and we take comfort in knowing that he is now in the arms of the angels.
Though our time with Lucus was short, the impact of his life will be felt forever. We find solace in the belief that God, in His infinite wisdom, has a plan beyond our understanding.
A private family service will be held to honor and remember Lucus Kwame Brem. In lieu of flowers.
Lucus, you will always be loved and remembered. Rest in peace, sweet angel.

Baby Lucus you were with us briefly but indeed you brought us light, sitting beside you on, watching on, just thought how beautiful you and I were gonna bound. I just just feel it.
Gone sadly but never forgotten. When I reached Ghana all I could look at was that photo I took of you in the hospital, just to let you know your dad and I love you so so much

I know your time here wasn’t nearly as long as we would have wished for but your presence impacted us immensely. We never got to hold you in our arms but you’ll hold a special place in all of our hearts. Sleep peacefully among the angels our sweet 👼baby Lucus ❤️.
