The death occurred peacefully on Friday 21st June 2024 at home of Mrs. Emma Louise Brooks, aged 43 years of Maes-Yr-Efail, Penparc, Cardigan.
Emma will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 10th July at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11:30am.
There will be family flowers only with donations in memory of Emma for Cardigan Cancer Care which may be sent c/o E.C. Thomas and Son, Funeral Directors, Zoar Chapel Funeral Home, Llanteg. Narberth SA67 8QH or via www.ecthomasandson.co.uk
