In loving memory of James Robert Jubb who sadly passed away on 11th June 2024, peacefully at home with family . James was born in a small village called Oxton where is lived most of his life , he was an only child to the late Mr Eric and Mrs Hilda Jubb. He did his primary and secondary education in Calverton , went to People’s College in Nottingham . He worked at Nottingham City Council and later joined Group4 which is now called Loomis Uk, he worked for 34 years , later resigned and joined Geoamey as a custody Prison Officer. . In 2017 he met with the love of his life Esther , in 2018 they were blessed with their first child Eric and got married 2021.
James was a family man with 3 children namely Thomas Jubb , step daughter Juliana Jubb and Eric Jubb , he was also a grandad to Alfie . James prefer to be addressed as Rob or Bob , he was a loving person full of life who loved spending time at home with family , listing to music , gardening , travelling around the world and meeting new people , loved super cars, a glass of drink and would talk and laugh with most of his neighbours .

His wish was to retire in South of France by the beach. He will forever be remembered, loved by family and friends. A true loving and welcoming individual he was.

I had many interactions with Bob over the years at Loomis. Many on the road, a few upstairs. To me, his greatest gifts was his support, dedication & his ability to be fully present with you. Last time we spoke, we discussed religious philosophy and spirituality, so he was also a man of knowledgeable.
Thank you for the memories Bob.Your love & light will always reside with Esther and family. As for resting, no, your energies & vibrations will carry on transcending.
Condolences to Bob's family and friends

Though my time with him was brief, the moments we shared were meaningful and have left a lasting impression on me. His kindness and warmth showed me the depth of his character and the love he had for us, as his family. He may not have been in my life for long, but he will forever be a part of my cherished memories. Today, we say goodbye to not just a father , but a man who made a significant impact in the short time he was with us. May we all find comfort in knowing that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. Rest In Peace dad 😥😔🌹
