In loving memory, we invite you to share your memories and messages in honor of our beloved Asinette May Williams.

Our family is deeply grateful for the kind words and messages we have received. They have brought us comfort and reminded us of the joy and love Mum spread to everyone she met. Asinette was not only a devoted Wife and Mother but also a cherished Daughter, Sister, Grandmother, Cousin, Aunt, Colleague and Friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

While flowers are welcome on the day of the service, we kindly request, if you wish, to consider making a donation to St Christopher’s Hospice in her memory. Your generosity would mean a lot to us and continue the support of a cause close to her heart.

For those unable to attend the chapel service, a livestream webcast will be available via Obitus at 11:00 AM (BST) on Thursday 18th July 2024.

May was such a loyal and devoted friend, from youthful days. We belonged to a SDAchurch drama group, taking our productions up, down and across the country. She was a good actor, second to none. However, there was no acting when it came to her Christianity- she was a true believer, having a real and genuine relationship with Christ her saviour.
May’s interest in the well-being of old friends never diminished. In any conversation, she never failed to make inquiries about them, recollection the good old days when, on sunny sabbath evening the usual suspects drove in my old Mk2 Ford Cortina to strategic spots and lingered there to watch beautiful sunsets. May touched lives. She loved and cared, and life without her, especially for her beloved husband, Roger, the love of her life, their children, all of whom she adored to the max…., life will never be quite the same. However, embrace those memories of shared experiences, of laughter and togetherness. She believed in the One who said, “ I am the Resurrection and nd the Life…. “
And, like the Vera Lynn sang, “We’ll meet again…” The only difference is, May died knowing Where, knowing When.
