A big thank you to the Emergency Services who arrived really quickly and did ever they could for Den. The Air Ambulance arrived within 14 minutes of the initial call really impressive. Also a thank you to the guy who found Den and did CPR on him until the emergency serves arrived. I am eternally grateful to everyone involved. Thank you

Dennis you were so many things to so many people, one of the 'Good Guys', you have left a gaping hole in your family but we hope all the loving, happy memories you have made together will help start to heal the pain.
With love to Hazel, Angela, Debbie and family. Barbara, Kelly and family. X

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dennis. As my tutor constable when I joined Kent Police in 1988, Dennis was a wonderfully calm and humorous officer. His unwavering guidance and insightful mentorship were instrumental in shaping my career as a constable. Dennis had a unique ability to instill confidence and wisdom with grace and good humour. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. My heartfelt condolences go out to Hazel and his family and friends during this difficult time.

We have so many memories it's hard to know what to mention... days out in London are a recent highlight. Hendrix and Handle Museum, Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition and most recently checking out Battersea Power Station, popping out the chimney to Pink Floyd. We introduced you to train picnic and you loved that!

Playing games... Othello, table tennis, boule... you and I both trying to hide our competitiveness. Remember that time you hurt yourself while we were having a 'friendly' game to swing-ball? Oh and not to forget the infamous conker injuries.

Being prepared for any scenario, arriving at football matches with waterproofs and a packed lunch while everyone else was wet and hungry.

Being silly and adventurous and funny. Climbing everything in sight, camping, body boarding, trying out a new scooter, riding a tandem, learning keepie-ups... up for trying pretty much everything apart from paddle boarding. I was still working on you on that one!

Thank you for all the time, energy and love. Reading tributes here and on Facebook we're so proud of the positive impact you've had on so many peoples lives

Missing you
Debbie, Andy, Josh and Henry xxxx
