In loving memory of Megan Tushaw who sadly passed away on 6th June 2024, aged 33 years.

Megan lived her life to the full, always energetic and enthusiastic. She loved nature and was never happier than when skiing, hiking or cycling with friends and family in the great outdoors. She was kind, compassionate, caring and fun to be with as evidenced by the many letters of condolences received.

Her life was cruelly cut short by a rare form of lung cancer and her last 12 months were particularly hard but throughout she was supported by the wonderful team at St Catherines Hospice and since they are reliant on charitable giving to continue their work we would ask you to consider a donation, however small, in Megan's memory.

I loved the time I spent with Meg at University in Leeds - she was always ‘Loveless’ to me there.
As with life, the frequency of our meet ups grew more sporadic, but whenever I saw Meg she always brought her trademark spark; she had a way of making you feel the life in every moment.
I know I’ll think of Meg whenever I face a challenge, or do something for the first time because she had a true adventurers spirit.
I feel very lucky to have know her and for the positive impact she has brought to my life..

It’s not the amount of time you live that counts, it’s what you do with that time. Megan certainly packed more into her 33 years than most people do in 66! Xx
