In loving memory of John Lane who suddenly sadly passed away on 10th June 2024, leaving a devastated family.
John was a very loyal Nottingham Forest fan and also played many years for Awsworth Villa Football Club and we are sure he will be remembered for this.
Funeral service will be at Bramcote Crematorium at 9.00am on Friday 28th June, the family would like to invite you all to celebrate John's life and the difference he made to others at the Gate Inn Awsworth after the ceremony..
Family flowers only but if anyone would like to donate to charity we are collecting for Rainbows Childrens Hospice and Cancer Research both close to his heart.
If anyone would like to attend we would be grateful if you could wear Football Strips if possible.
