Peacefully in Grangewood Care Home on May 30th aged 85 years, Patricia (Pat) (nee Colpitts). The dearly loved wife of the late Jack. A much loved mam of Steven, a loving mother-in-law of Tracy and a devoted gran of Antony. A loved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Friends please meet on Friday June 14th for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 2.00pm. All are welcome afterwards to The Glendale Club for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for Alzheimer’s Research. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
