Terence William Crisp (24 Apr 1948 - 18 May 2024)

In loving memory of Terence William Crisp who sadly passed away on 18th May 2024.

Terry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Lewy Body Dementia back in 2021. After this Terry’s health declined dramatically.

Watching Terry slowly disappear was absolutely devastating. At first we noticed small changes to his personality but by the end it was hard to recognise the person he once was. This has had a massive impact on our whole family.

Lewy Body Dementia is a very aggressive form of dementia which although it’s relatively common, unfortunately not many people have heard of it. This is why we are very keen to raise awareness and much needed funds to this amazing charity.

By donating, more research into Lewy Body Dementia can be done. This will hopefully help future generations and one day stop other families going through the torture of this terrible illness.
