Mum was a person you could always rely on. Always there to help with a problem or to share a laugh with. She has been a great mum and also a great friend and I miss her so much.
Love always mum xx

Mum cared so much about everyone she knew. She was always there to listen, give advice or just to be a shoulder to lean on. Mum has always been there for me over the years and I cannot imagine life without her and will miss her so much. Love you Mum xxx

Chris was always the backbone of our family and her loss will be deeply felt by us and also by relatives and friends who knew her. A kind and caring person with a sharp sense of humour and always there for someone if they had a problem. She had a gift of uplifting people by listening and talking to them and invariably they felt all the better for confiding in her. Having had Chris as part of my life for 60 years I will miss her immensely but I feel so thankful to have spent that time with such a truly wonderful person. God bless her. xx

Chris was a huge support to my family and at times I really don’t know what I would have done without her. Her humour and empathy lightened the load . She always spoke so proudly of John, Ian and Clare and their families and idolised her grandchildren.
I will miss her greatly and have enduring memories of childhood holidays on the Isle of Wight with everyone . Thinking of you all x
