In loving memory of Harold Derek Hart who sadly passed away on 16th May 2024 at 92 years of age.

Derek was a retired Ambulance Man, having served many years with East Midlands Ambulance Service.
He was also a keen golfer and was a former member of Bulwell Forest Golf club and would enjoy playing either with friends or in a competition.
He was a devout Christian, and spent many years helping with church services at St Peter and St Paul's Church in Hucknall.
Derek loved to sing and spent many years as part of a choir. Formerly Nottingham Hospitals Choir and more recently Bestwood Male Voice Choir.

Although we miss him dearly, we know he is now reunited with his beloved wife Audrey.

There will be a wake after the funeral, around 12:15pm for any friends who would like to remember Derek. This will be held at The Royal British Legion in Hucknall.

By request no flowers, but if desired donations can be made on the Just Giving section of this page to 'Dementia UK' or sent to C Terry Funeral Services, 244 Bulwell High Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 8NU. A donation box will also be available on the funeral.
