The death occurred peacefully at Belmont Court Nursing Home, Tenby on Friday 17th May of Mrs Hazel Caroline Carter, aged 88 years of Templebar Road, Pentlepoir.
Beloved Wife of the late John.
Dearly loved Mum of Christine, David, Andrew and the late Simon.
Much loved Mother-in-law to Chris, Penny and Gillian.
Loving Nan to her ten grandchildren and nineteen Great-Grandchildren.
A dear Sister and Aunt.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 12th June at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11.30am
