In loving memory of John Peters who sadly passed away on 13th May 2024
We will be having a short service at Southend Crematorium on Thursday 18th July at 1030 followed by a church service at West Leigh Baptist Church at 1130 to celebrate John’s life. Refreshments will be provided after the service.
Val and Ian would be so happy if you could join us and we would like to ask that if you were considering paying your respects by way of bringing flowers could we instead ask you to use that money by donating to one of three charities listed on this webpage that John chose himself. These being the RNLI, Children with cancer and The British Heart Foundation. You can find all the details of how to donate by clicking the ‘Donations’ box.
Finally, John’s favourite colour was yellow so please feel free to reflect this in whatever you are wearing on the day as we are keen to make this a bright and colourful day to celebrate a special man who always had a twinkle in his eye!
