In loving memory of Suzanne Claire Vincent-Jones who passed away 13th May 2024, aged 56 years
Peacefully at Llandough Hospital - Suzanne, loving wife of Martyn and adored Mum of Chelsea & Harry. Cherished Daughter of Celia and the late Mald.
She was a great friends to many within the community and surrounding areas.
Suzanne will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at All Saints Church, Barry on Thursday 20th June at 11:30am, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry.
Family floral tributes only - donations if desired may be made at the service or via this online tribute page.
All proceeds to support Velindre Hospital in memory of Suzanne.

Sue I’m so sorry that you are no longer with us we were born right next to each other me on the 13th sept you on the 14th and you always reminded me of that. We had so many laughs over the yrs and your zest for life was contagious. I remember our ramble up Snowdonia when you snapped my walking stick and we both laughed our heads off. This was sad news indeed and a complete shock you will be greatly missed,RIP Sue you were a one of a kind a legend ❤️
