Passed away suddenly at home on 8th May 2024 aged 66 years.
Polly, a beloved Husband of Maureen, a dearly loved Dad of Mandy, Tanya, Kylie and Glen, a loving Grandad, Great-Grandad, Brother and friend to many.
Would friends and family please meet for a celebration of Polly’s life at Sunderland Crematorium on Thursday 30th May 2024 at 09:00am.
