In loving memory of our mum Patricia Olive Smith who sadly passed away on 5th May 2024.

Please join us to attend Patricia's funeral on Wednesday 22nd May at 3.30pm at Randall's Park Crematorium, Leatherhead.
Followed by her wake at The Fox and Hounds,
Walton on the Hill.

For those who are unable to attend the service but would like to join us to raise a glass for Pat, please feel free to do so.
