Much loved husband and soulmate to Margaret, ever-loving dad of Craig and Nigel,
devoted grandad of Ole and Charlie, loving father in law to Vicky, loving brother of Cliff and the late Maud and Geoff, uncle to several nieces and nephews and a respected friend to many.

Oh dear Derek yesterday your birthday was so so difficult, the first one in 59 years I've not been able to give you a card or wished you happy birthday ...The fact you are now at peace gives us all comfort . You were so loved and will be so missed by us all but we know you will be watching over us and guiding us in the right direction
