In loving memory of my darling wife, soulmate and best friend and wonderful mother, Clare Monument who tragically passed away on Tuesday 23rd April 2024.
If you want to attend the funeral then please message me on Facebook. The funeral is at Sutton Crematorium at 1.45pm on Wednesday 29th May. Dress with as much colour as possible.
