On behalf of the Oshowole Family. In loving memory of
Tony, a truly wonderful spirit. Our deepest condolences to Lily, all his family and friends and Morin who has lost the almost constant presence of her two older brothers in such a short space of time.
Tony was so thoughtful and caring and he'd recently been giving me helpful advice based on what he'd gleaned from Abi's experience. We were supposed to speak again soon but never imagined that his time would so cruelly, unexpectedly, come first.
May your soul shine on us always. Rest in Peace.

Tony,
Son of my father’s dear confidante and cousin, and one of my egbons who was most consciousness about keeping family connected. I had enjoyed reconnecting in person last year even though it was under the sad circumstances of Abi’s passing. I promised to come to Sunderland on my next visit to the UK. I never imagined that would be the last time we saw each other. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of you sudden departure. But, God knows best.

We pray for comfort for Auntie Lily, Morin, Kemi, Kike and Tola, Alison, grandkids and the entire family.

Rest in Peace egbon. You ran a good race and positively impacted so many at all stages of life.
We love you, God loves you more.
Titi

Farewell Cousin

Tony, you departed in a twinkle of an eye. How cruel is death! How selfish indeed! to take you away from us in the prime of your life.

Although you are no longer here I will cherish the memories of family visits, hanging out at the cinema or amusement park in Lagos, the occasional telephone conversation of our beloved Tottenham Hotspur football club. Though you may no longer be with us in body, your spirit will forever echo in our hearts, reminding us to cherish each moment and hold on to the tight bonds of family. Rest in peace Tony.
