Very sad to hear of your passing Phil. It was a pleasure to serve with you for 3.5 years and valued your support and friendship during that time. I know that so many injured veterans lives are so much richer due to the guidance, direction and support you gave to them and their families. My condolences to your family at this sad time.

This is the only photo I have of Phil. It’s on a team building day. It reminds me how conscientious he was about supporting others and making sure everyone was ok. He was so proud of his family and talked often about them. With sincere condolences to all.
