I'm writing this message from South Africa and am very sorry that I'll not be able to attend, but grateful that my husband will attend to represent our family. Linda was a very dear friend of mine and of our family. Indeed we regarded her as part of our family. I was blessed over this Easter to have the opportunity to visit her in Queens Hospital in Romford, and witnessed what seemed like an improvement in her condition. She was at one time as mischievous as ever in that hospital bed, and I thought that she'd be out of it real soon. So it was with great sadness that I learned of her
passing.

I recorded and uploaded a short video to tell part the story of our work together at the Havering Campus of London South Bank University. Linda made my time at the university very enjoyable and productive. She was the go to person with regards to anything to do with Complementary Therapies for nurses at the university. She was a fountain of knowledge which she gladly shared with colleagues and students alike.A very generous person.

Rest on Peace dear Linda. You will be sorely missed.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Linda several years ago - I used to work for the RCN's London Region and Linda was a wonderful colleague. She was a brilliant RCN London Board member and activist, always enthusiastic, kind hearted and supportive as well as a lot of fun.
Linda will be very much missed.

To all dear Linda's family
Linda became a special friend during our time on The RCN Complementary Therapies Committee. Her wealth of experience in lecturing and as a complementary therapist in nursing gave valuable guidance to many nurses eager to utilize skills successfully.
I remember her infectious sense of humor, her wise words, her love of life, travelling widely. The generosity and kindness she offered all within her circle of friends and family. We will all feel a loss of her physical presence.
May her gracious spirit rest in peace as we all cherish the memory of Linda. Many blessings.

I remember the very first time I met my cousin Linda,we were all young, she was attending CUC college in Trinidad,at that time it was called CTC College and when the college was on vacation, she would come to pay us a visit. It was an exciting time for us all.Two years ago I was able to speak to her through Janet her sister while visiting New York, I was able to express to her how much I have always loved her. I know that we will meet again in the morning.

I have known Linda for over 20 years and during this time I have found her to be exemplary. In discussions her strong spiritual beliefs were apparent. She had a keen sense of humour. Her organisational and planning skills were apparent in the wonderful holidays we enjoyed. On a lighter note arsenal f c has lost one of its most devoted supporters. I will miss my dear friend but I’m grateful for the memories of her. Beautiful soul rest in peace. Until we meet again verna

Linda shared an office with my wife Anna for many years. Together they launched a whole degree programme in Complementary Medicine. Linda should have been made a full professor for this and her many other achievements. I will remember her for her sharp intelligence and ready laughter. She experienced life deeply. Even her goldfish had a personal relationship. Time with Linda was filled with her vitality, her interests, her travels, her detailed knowledge -- and always her deep faith.
