Passed away peacefully at home on 20th April 2024 aged 57 years. Michael, a dearly loved Son of Andy and the late Jean, a much-loved Brother of Helen and a dear Uncle, a loving Dad of Jordan and Step-Dad of Graeme, dearly missed by Christine, and a dear friend to many.
Would friends please meet for a celebration of Michael’s life at Sunderland Crematorium on Wednesday 8th May at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made via a collection as you leave the Crematorium, with all proceeds being gratefully accepted by Veterans in Crisis and The Butterfly Trust.
Everyone is welcome to join the family at the Sunderland Navy Club, Roker, following the service. Please note, this funeral service has a double slot at the Crematorium and will finish at 2pm.

On behalf of Michael Beavers (my son) who previously had thyroid cancer but successfully battled it. He recently passed away but as a family we have chosen to donate to Butterfly Thyroid Cancer Trust as it was a charity dear to his heart. The donations were collected by friends and family at his funeral. There has also been £100 donated online by some people.
