In loving memory of Harold Hill who sadly passed away on 23rd April 2024.
He was 91 and sadly suffered from dementia for the last 5 years of his life. He was a cheerful, funny and loving husband to Margaret and supportive doting father and grandfather. He loved to sing and was an active member of the local light opera society in Teignmouth where he as born. He married Margaret in 1956 and they had 5 children in Devon before moving to Southampton for better job prospects and to improve the opportunities for his family. They had another child making 6 in all and leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by all.
We will be celebrating Harold's life at The Wessex Vale Crematorium, West End on Weds 22nd May at 3.00pm and afterwards at The Plough, Portsmouth Road, Bursledon.
Rather than floral tributes we are asking for donations to the Alzheimer's Society.
