WINTERS MARY CAROLINE (CAROLE) Died 24th April 2024. Late of 70 Tavanagh Street. Beloved mother of Stephen and Mark, loving mother-in-law of Corinne and Caroline and devoted grandmother of Harry, Benji, Olly and Olivia. Funeral service to be held from her home (address above) on Wednesday 1st May at 1.30pm and afterwards to Newtownabbey Crematorium for 3pm. You are invited to the Ulster Transport Bowling Club, Lynda Avenue, afterwards. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to NI Hospice c/o Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors, 117-121 Shankill Road, Belfast, BT13 1FD. Will be sadly missed by her loving family circle. Tired and weary you made no fuss, you tried so hard to stay with us. God closed your eyes and gave you rest, for he alone knows what’s best.

Dear Carole
Visits to Belfast will never be the same without you there. You welcomed us to your home, made us comfortable and fed us many Ulster fries and baps.
We cherish so many memories of you and are grateful that Tommy has been there to spend time with you and to say a final goodbye.
The Village has lost an icon and beloved community member.
You will always be in our thoughts.
