Ronald Stuart Davie (2 Jan 1934 - 4 Apr 2024)

We've so many memories of this lovely man and his family.

Ron will be sadly missed, a great boss and a very kind man and always in my thoughts.

In affectionate memory of dear Ron and of his unstinting work for the Detling Players. He is fondly remembered by many in Detling.

A long term family friend. Ron was a constant in our family for most of my life. His friendship with my father Alan (Noddy) is hopefully continuing in another place. I am sure they will be sharing a beer or two together.Welling Round Table, 41 club and numerous organsiations are the better for his contribution. RIP Ron.

Our dear friend Ron was a long time member and servant in Welling Round Table and was responsible for countless acts of charity and funds raised by the club - not least the first Danson Park Fireworks display in 1974 an event which has taken place every year since (except during the COVID lockdown). He was also a long serving member of the Welling 41 Club for ex ‘Tablers’. It is on behalf of Welling 41 Club that we are sending a donation as a token of our enduring friendship and fond memories of dear Ron. He was a giant of a man and will be sorely missed. RiP mate.
