George was my closest friend when we worked at Telewest. We both started at the same time. I remember when we first went to see Spider-Man with Tobey Maguire and we went out on quite a few occasions after that. Through George I met all his lovely family. His warm character and sense of humour made him all the more endearing. A true gentleman in every sense of the word and his passing has left a huge hole in the world of everyone who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers go to all of you xxx

It was a pleasure working and knowing George, such a caring man who talked about how much his family meant to him. I've also seen the funny side of George when he'd get dressed up for whatever the Occassion was at work. Who couldn't like George a gentleman through and through. Claire

Sat opposite George at work and when working weekends would picked him up, had many conversations to pass the time and there was never a dull moment always chatting about anything and everything in the car, especially his family.

My Geezer! Words cannot describe the emptiness I feel inside. I cannot believe I have to live a life without you by my side but you’ve got a special place in my heart and I know you’ll be looking down on me. Thank you for being the best father a son could ever ask for, for all the laughs and fun we used to share during football and the banter and nicknames we gave each other. My heart breaks knowing I’ve never see you again but we will reunite one day.

I’ll keep supporting Chelsea (secretly) for you!
Love you forever and always
Your son x
