In loving memory of Leonard Reeves, a doting dad, grandad and great grandad who sadly passed away on 7th April 2024. During his short illness, the lovely carers and nurses from Countess Mountbatten Hospice gave us all such amazing support, coming in during their regular visits, lifting the energy with their kindness and smiles. We will be eternally grateful and so therefore would ask that if anyone wishing to pay their respects could do so by supporting the hospice as they are a charity and rely solely on goodwill donations. With thanks from Len's family.
