In loving memory of George Arthur Painter who sadly passed away on 28th March 2024, aged 92 years.
Reunited with beloved wife Iris.
George will be forever missed by his loving family.

George made many friends in Chatham Dockyard Historical Society (CDHS) right from the early days of the Lead and Paint Mill museum. Along with his wife Iris they made their mark in running the museum. The CDHS Fellowship has made a donation in George's memory to the Medway Queen.
