In loving memory of Ann Collum who sadly passed away on 1st April 2024

I'm still reeling from the shock of finding out, just a few days ago, about Ann. Very hard to process. I worked with her in Linburn school & was always in awe of her caring commitment, selflessness & strong work ethics. She was a very decent human being & was the only person I witnessed as vocational in her job. That said, she had a real fun side & a good sense of humour. My condolences to the family of this special woman who will be sorely missed xx

I feel very privileged to have known and worked with Ann at Linburn Academy. Ann was an excellent educator and taught me so much about the best education for young people with complex needs. I actually think she was the best at her craft within Glasgow and beyond. I won’t forget her amazing ‘Sensing Success’ sessions and the day her mum joined us to make Irish soda bread for St. Patrick’s Day ☘️. Rest in Peace Ann

Ann was, first of all a wonderful human being; full of goodness and fun.
She was also one of the very best educators I had the privilege of working with in over 40 years of teaching.
Ann made lives better.
