The death occurred peacefully at The University of Wales Hospital, Cardiff on Tuesday 19th March of Mr Jack Lewis, aged 30 years of Strawberry Gardens, Penally.
Loving Son of John and Hazel.
Dearly loved Brother of Maria and brother-in-law to Graham.
Cherished Uncle of Eva.
Beloved Grandson of Marjorie Williams, the late John Williams and the late Jack & Peggy Lewis.
Much loved Nephew and Cousin.
Jack will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 10th April at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11.30am.
Please wear colourful clothing if you so wish.
There will be family flowers only.
