In loving memory of Beatrice Duckworth who sadly passed away on 21st November 2015, aged 99 years.

Beatrice had almost reached her 100 birthday, and a small celebration with family and close friends was held on Saturday 21 November, shortly before she passed away. She had also received her 100 year congratulations card from Her Majesty the Queen that morning.

Beatrice was a very proud, strong and determined lady, who was admired by many any loved by her family and close friends.

Her wishes were to remain at home, where she had lived for over 30 years. For the last 23 years she lived alone after her husband Noel passed away in 1992.

She passed away at home at 5:05pm shortly after the 100 birthday gathering. Her grand-daughter Lynne was with her.
