In loving memory of Margaret May who sadly passed away on 6th March 2024

Arrangements have been made for Mum's funeral which will take place on Monday 8th April at 2pm at Southend Crematorium (SS2 5PX).

Mum's wish was that no-one should feel that they need to be dressed head-to-toe in black and she wished for some colour (of your choosing) to be worn.

If you have any photos that you would be happy to share please add them using "Add a photo" below.

There will be refreshments after the service (venue to be confirmed) and we hope that you will be able to join us to celebrate Mum's life as she would have wished.

Family flowers only please. Mum was beautifully cared for by the amazing team at Havens Hospice and if you would like to make a donation please see the link on the top right of this page.

Aunty Margaret was a bright light in our family and will be greatly missed. We were thankful to be able to visit her recently. She said she was very tired but like her Mum, our Nan, who only died three years earlier, she perked up and chatted vigorously for three hours! It was lovely to be able to spend time together and pray as Margaret was clearly coming to the end of her earthly life and so looking forward to being with Jesus which the Bible says will be "far better".
