John Arthur Heyes (20 Dec 1943 - 3 Mar 2024)

In loving memory of John Arthur Heyes who peacefully passed away on 3rd March 2024 at Littlewood Manor Care Home, Thistleton, Preston, widow of the late Anna Heyes (formerly Sulek, nee Maksymuk) (1946-2022). John was born 20th December 1943 at Moorside, Markland Hill, Bolton and son of George Arthur Heyes (1906-1976) and Dorothy Holt (1906-1989). Loving father of Julian, twins - Gregory and Richard, and also Gareth. Also loving step-father to Mark whom was raised as his own, and Marks' older siblings Diana, John and Richard. John was a dearly loved father, step-father, grandad, step-grandad, uncle, great uncle, great great uncle, brother, brother in-law, a dear cousin and friend of many… Cortege will leave Deighans Funeral Parlour, 171 Chorley Road, Adlington, Chorley PR6 9LP on Friday 15th March at about 9:30-9:35am - to arrive abt. 9:50am for 10:00am Service at The Triangle Community Methodist Church, New Church Road, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 5QP; followed by interment at Heaton Cemetery, Tudor Avenue, Bolton, BL1 4LL. John will be laid to rest in a family grave - united with his parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, along with his late wife Anna’s ashes being placed within the coffin: Separated in Life & Reunited in Death.
